Safe passages to adulthood

June 8th, 2006

Dr Petra

Those of you working with young people on sexual and reproductive health issues may be interested in the new resource safe passages to adulthood.

According to the site’s owners Safe Passages to Adulthood is a UK Department for International Development (DfID) funded research programme. The programme has developed a series of resources aimed at increasing the capacity of policy-makers, practitioners and researchers working to promote young people’s sexual health in resource-constrained settings. These resources are free to download from the research programme’s website.

If you’re working in the developing world or are on a limited budget these resources could be of particular use to you, although generally they’re helpful for those working with young people.
