What’s new in 2007?

January 3rd, 2007

Dr Petra

This coming year I’ll be introducing a few new additions to this blog.

The first week in every month I’ll be rounding up what’s new in sex research. This will be starting in February and will give you an update on the latest sex evidence to inform your sex life or just give you food for thought (or if you’re a journalist give you some story ideas).

In the third week in every month I’ll be presenting a case study. This will tackle a real life sex or relationships problem and let you have a go at being an agony aunt or uncle, where you can offer your tips for managing the situation (which I’ll post on this site). I’ll also provide information on where to get more support or advice.

As ever I’ll be offering advice, information and saucy sex tips to men and their partners at Mansized as well as hosting live web chats on sex/relationships issues. These chats will be set by our readers and will often include some mystery guests. Our first chat is this Friday (5th January) at 1pm GMT. Click here for more information and to post a question on dating/relationships in advance of the chat.

I’ll continue to offer advice for teenagers at Mykindaplace and to readers of the African women’s magazine Beauty Zambia. Watch this space for more information about my regular live sex and relationships phone-ins on BBC Radio 5 Live.

For my new years resolution I promise to update my blog to include categories to make it more easily searchable, as well as the links page on my website to refer you to some quality sex sites.

As ever this blog is here to give you an insight into the world of sex, research and the media, so let me know if there’s anything you’d like to see me talk about.
