Sex Life Inventory
NOT TO BE QUOTED WITHOUT THE PERMISSION OF DR PETRA BOYNTON

The following sets of questions are about your sex life and are designed to help you identify what you are happy with, and what, if anything, bothers you.
Because the questions are about sex, some are very personal. You may want to use your answers to think about your sex life or talk about sex with your partner. If you need sex or relationship advice, your answers can help you get started in a conversation with a GP or a sex/relationship therapist.
Print this page out, then tick whether you agree with, disagree with, or are uncertain about each statement. Some of the questions have several parts to them. If you agree with any part of the question, then tick ‘agree’.
